Our Mission
The mission of the Willows Public Library is to encourage personal growth and contribute to the development and sustainability of an engaged community through free access to ideas, information, cultural experiences and educational opportunities.
Services
The Willows Public Library serves the communities of Willows and the surrounding Glenn County area. The library loans hard copy books, audiobooks, periodicals and DVD collections. It also offers public access to computers and free Wi-Fi.
